Positive attitude to healthy living
A positive outlook and attitude towards life can help keep
healthy living as we age. There are various steps we can take to help achieve a positive attitude. Follow all or some of these steps to help you life a full and enjoyable life.
1. Do not become overly concerns about you age, weight and height. Let the doctors worry about these things.
2. Socialise with happy and upbeat friends. But let people with negative attitudes bring you down.
3. Keep you mind stimulated. Take up evening classes, or learn how to us an computer, read, write anything to keep your brain active.
4. Learn to enjoy the simple things, go for a walk, spend time with your family. If mobility is an issue try a mobility scooter. A mobility scooter will increase you independence. You can take yourself to the shops or out for some fresh air.
5. Laugh. Don’t be affair to laugh out

7. Surround yourself by people and things that you love whether it is family, pets, music, hobbies etc.
